What does an ArenA certificate cost?

There are two components: the one-off purchase of the certificate and the yearly access price for the season ticket. There is no fixed market price for the purchase: certificates trade second-hand and the price depends on class and location. We tell you exactly what each certificate costs.

The purchase: the asking price is listed with the offering

No new certificates are issued; if you want one, you take one over from an existing holder. A public price list does not exist: the value depends on the class, the location in the stadium, availability and the number of certificates you are looking for. The asking price of the certificates we offer is therefore always listed with the current offering. Register your interest and you will know exactly where you stand for each certificate, upfront and without surprises.

The yearly access price

Besides the purchase you pay the access price of your class each season. For season 2025/2026: from 264 euro (class E) to 695 euro (class C) including VAT; business seats 5,475 euro excluding VAT. Ajax has announced a five percent increase for 2026/2027. All amounts per class are listed with the certificate classes.

Additional costs

The transfer is settled through the stadium's administration. We inform you upfront about all costs of that settlement, so the complete picture is clear before you decide. This is how the transfer works.

Honest about value

A certificate is first and foremost a right of use: your own seat, with no time limit. No new certificates are issued and the supply is small, but we make no promises about value development. Buy a certificate to sit in it; that it is a scarce asset is the bonus.
