Do certificate holders also benefit at concerts?

Yes. The certificate carries the right to reserve the first tickets for every public event in the ArenA, concerts included. Separate prices apply per event.

First to reserve

The official wording is clear: with a certificate you can reserve the first tickets for every public event. While others hammer F5 in an online queue for a big show, your reservation right is already in place.

The ArenA as a concert venue

Since Tina Turner gave the first pop concert there in September 1996, the ArenA has ranked among the great concert venues of Europe. The Rolling Stones played it eight times, De Toppers filled the stadium more often than anyone, and recently Coldplay (2023) and Taylor Swift (2024) played sold-out shows. The stadium draws well over two million visitors a year.

How it works per event

Concert tickets are not included: you buy them per event, at that event's prices. The ticket administration for certificate holders runs through the ArenA's ticketing department. Which seat you get at a concert depends on that event's configuration.
